When you have the option to take care of your health, why settle for something cheap? I learned it the painful way before I realize how important taking care of your health is. It may not be a chronic as what others are enduring right now, but fighting Fibromyalgia is not easy. It robbed me a lot of time that I should have been productive, helpful to others and enjoying life at its fullest. Thank God, He showed me how to recover. USANA Essentials along with its Optimizers were truly a blessing to me.
You may be healthy right now and enjoying life. Good for you. But may I suggest that you also consider checking if you're really getting what your body needs through the food you take.
Just a thought. This maybe something different from my previous posts as I normally go for "kikay" stuffs but I think undergoing some painful health journey and able to fight it is something worth sharing.
